The role
As a Training Coordinator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will co-ordinate the internal and external training requirement for company pilots and external pilots seeking to undertake commercial courses with the company.
This role is an integral part of the operations function of the business and the post holder will support Ground and Flight Operations activity daily.
Day to day, you'll co-ordinate internal Pilot training, simulator scheduling and allocation of appropriate training resources, as well as:
This role is full time and based onsite at Gloucestershire Airport at Staverton.

In addition to your teaching duties, you will carry out industry or consultancy projects to help you remain relevant in your profession and to evolving changes in industry, and maintain strong linkages with industry and schools. - Data Analytics
- Air Cargo / Air Freight
- Ground Handling (Ramp, Baggage, In-flight Catering)

- Aircraft Interior Aesthetics
- Common business modules (Communications and common CRM and data analytics software)
2) Aviation Industry (Passenger Services)
- 3-5 years relevant experience in aviation / tourism service industry
- Candidates with relevant training experience are preferred
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills

3) Human Resource & Administration
- Recruitment and selection,
- Pre-boarding, on-boarding and off-boarding,

Manages a group of analysts who develop sophisticated computer models of the National Airspace System and apply these models to analytical problems involving the selection, prioritization, and evaluation of NextGen technologies and procedures. Managerial duties include planning; communicating the organization's vision and objectives; setting priorities; assigning tasks and responsibilities; monitoring and evaluating performance; coaching and developing employee capabilities; approving leave; and taking, recommending or approving corrective/disciplinary actions as appropriate.
Applies an advanced knowledge of the technical aspects of the work directed, an advanced knowledge of budget, human resource, and other administrative policies and procedures, and an advanced understanding of the objectives of the major subdivision.
Specifies requirements for new model functionality to better represent the existing and evolving NAS and works with contractors to enhance models to incorporate this new functionality.
