Service Audit/Billing Administrator:
Ensure the smooth operation of the Service business, by ensuring accuracy and timeliness of case/work order closure, invoices, and cost assignment to customer contracts where appropriate.
 

Your role (Hybrid role, working 3 days from the office and 2 days from home):

•  Audit service work orders for accuracy and ensure timely accurate revenue recognition and/or service order closure with guidance as needed.

• Communicate with internal & external customer regarding purchase order and billing accuracy.

• Understands and appropriately responds to accounts receivable (AR) disputes.

• Serve as a resource to the field organization and customers by researching and resolving issues in a timely manner and escalates urgent customer issues to management.

You're the right fit if:

• 2+ years of customer service skills (experience in a high-volume call center preferred)

• 1+ years’ experience in an administrative position with experience in order processing/order entry or related experience (preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and French)

• Intermediate skills in using PCs and Microsoft Office

• Good organizational and time management skills
