JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Inside Sales and Teleselling
- Handles all incoming customer calls and enquiries on products and services
- Handles requests for quotations and proposals and ensures the submission of completed quotations and proposals to customers
- Conducts effective outbound calls to seek new opportunities to introduce the Company, seek new orders and expand customer base
- Develops and maintains good rapport and relationship with customers to achieve total customer satisfaction. Ensures that customers are well-satisfied with the products and services provided
- Work as part of an account team with the Account Managers to plan and execute effective sales strategies to grow the market share
- Responsible for achieving assigned sales target and bottom-line
2. Demand Generation and Marketing Support
- Provides qualification of inbound leads from the various channels such as call enquiries, marketing campaigns and programs, direct mailers and others
- Generate demand and help increase sales pipeline by making outbound calls to existing customer base for any promotions
- Provides follow-up calls to respondees of marketing campaigns and programs to ensure closed-loop
3. Business Communications
- Maintains regular contact with other Divisions to obtain and convey information and/or to correct transactions
- Work with Sales Divisions’ personnel as required
- Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems
- Establish and maintain good working relationship with customers, external vendors, colleagues and managers
- Interface between customers, vendors and internal staff regarding delivery schedules
- Attends and participates in meetings and committees as appropriate
4. Related Duties as Required or Assigned
- Ensures that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained
- Stays informed of trends and changes in the resellers’ market
- Completes any special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education / Certification
- GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level, or Diploma in any discipline
2. Required Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of the IT and computer accessories supplies industry
3. Experience Required
- Preferably 1-year experience in call center environment
- Fresh Graduates with good attitude and willingness to learn are welcome
4. Skills / Abilities
- Excellent human relations abilities.
- Able to organize, coordinate, and direct projects.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Able to use all related hardware and software.
- Comfortable in handling call volume of between 80-100 calls daily
