Job Description

• To assist in maintenance work procurement and productivity;
• To build a long term relationship with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors;
• To follow up on maintenance works and be the middle person of contact
  between clients, contractors and suppliers;
• To record maintenance works daily and arrange contractor or supplier
  accordingly;
• To monitor and review all the maintenance works by contractor and supplier;
  To perform other related duties as required during working hour

Job Requirement

• No working experience required.
• Required skill(s): MS Office.
• Good interpersonal skill, good initiative and positive attitude.
• Good team player with strong commitment and self‐motivated.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Language skill: English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Description

·      To attend all incoming or outgoing call appropriately and courteously

·      Maintain our file system,

·      To handle key in account in Auto Count system.

.      Need to comunicate with oversea suplier. 

.      Excellent computer skills especially typing.

·      Maintain and update filing, mailing and documentation

·      Ensure that the daily filing of records and documents are completed.

.      Should be able to handle the office independently.

Requirement:

·        Candidates possess at least DIPLOMA

·        Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

·        Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese

.        Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia (*Mandrin is an advantage)

·       Working Hour : Monday-Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm

·        Can work independently and possess positive working attitude

·        Willing to learn and be trained

·        Full-Time position(s) available

·        Preferably able to start work immediately.

Job Description

Responsibility:

• Answering phones, managing correspondence (both physical mail and emails).
• Inputting data into databases, updating records, and maintaining filing systems.
• Processing invoices and handling expenses report.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies and ensure that office equipment is properly maintained.
• To prepare tea & refreshment during meeting.
• Making travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, as well as preparing travel itineraries.
• Assist superior in daily admin duties.
• Communicating to relevant supplies to process the payment queries.
• Follow up on overdue invoices & payments.

Job requirements:
