Key Responsibilities

For Consumer Insights:

• You will assist senior team members in delivering quality services to clients, ensuring that the services are delivered timely and precisely according to the client’s business needs and specifications while meeting the company’s quality standards.
• The role includes preparation of questionnaires, analysis of data, presentations, and reports as well as internal responsibilities such as coordinating with various people to ensure the project is implemented. The role also includes an introduction to client engagement and consultancy.

For Data Science Intern:

• Support Data Science team in day-to-day tasks such as data cleaning, data validation, data extraction and assist in basic analysis for data query resolution.
• Assist and work together with associate on creating new solutions, use cases, proof of concept and prototypes by exploring diverse data sets using tools such as Python.
• Support associate to automate and develop solutions for existing processes, propose new data visualization/update the existing dashboard.

For Operations Intern : 

You will be supporting instructions of client deliverables, coding and data input validation focusing on specific industry/category or set of categories (e.g. Beverages, Food, Health and Beauty Products). As an operations intern at NIQ, you create and deliver client outputs in a correct and timely manner.

• Ensures data integrity during data processing.
• Verify the accuracy and validity of data processed.
• Assist to resolve and check any quality issues raised by supervisors/clients.

Job Brief:

Responsible for providing end users support such as troubleshooting PC/Notebook, configure software, troubleshoot applications software, asset management including deployment and refreshment, installing and configuring phone/tablets, printers, local area networks, wide area networks, any piece of computer related peripheral or software that end user would be using. IT engineer has to perform their daily tasks by providing a high level of customer service to the end user.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide level 1 support (assistance through phone call)
