Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the General Manager of CTS People.
As a critical part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient operations of our business, with a keen focus on recruitment and immigration services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, including managing diaries, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling phone calls and emails.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and data management.
Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during meetings.
Assist with the review and drafting of recruitment and immigration services contracts, ensuring all details meet organisational and legal standards.
Manage immigration documentation and administration, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.
Organise and manage both electronic and hard-copy filing systems, ensuring all paperwork is correctly filed, updated, and accessible.
Liaise effectively with internal and external contacts, including clients, suppliers, and other staff.
Plan and coordinate events for company meetings, retreats, and gatherings.
Coordinate the daily operations of the office, including managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and liaising with IT and other support staff.
Undertake any other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office, including ad-hoc projects and tasks.

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
High level of confidentiality and discretion.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience with social media platforms
Microsoft office / 365 experience
Attention to detail, able to review contracts regarding supplier agreements, immigration, and recruitment contracts.
A general ability and interest towards legal contractual requirements, able to flag
inconsistencies and discrepancies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to suit different audiences.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to travel to Applecross using public transport.
Qualifications:
A law degree is highly desirable.
Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or a Personal Assistant is highly regarded.
Interest in the recruitment and immigration sector.
Salary: $60k - $65k + Super
