Tasks :
- Assist to schedule Interview session & follow up with stakeholders
- Prepare offer letter, extension/ shortening for Interns
- Facilitate on New Hire On-boarding process
- Assist profile completion for interns & submit in Self Service Framework (SSF)
- Prepare Document for Expatriates & submit
Projects :
- Improvement of Operation Processes flow by assignment type
- Help to update work instructions International Assignment & Intern recruitment
- Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor in Business Management / Human Resource fields.
- Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
- Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required skill(s): Intermediate Microsoft Skills, Good communication skill & Analytical skill
