We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Apprenticeships and Business Development. This role offers the opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to lead the development and delivery of our Apprenticeship provision at Askham Bryan College. This is a full-time role, joining a team of curriculum leaders who are pivotal in leading the College to success in delivering the College's strategic objectives.
We are seeking an individual who will be responsible for the leadership and management for Apprenticeship provision from Level 2 to Level 4, with significant focus and understanding of apprenticeship delivery, funding rules and compliance. Sector experience and knowledge is vital, and specifically a desire to engage with external stakeholders in a business development capacity.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, operational delivery and direction to the planning and resourcing of a high quality, efficient curriculum offer.
Educated to level 4 or equivalent in a relevant subject, candidates and ideally hold a teaching qualification. With excellent knowledge of apprenticeship delivery, and demonstrable skills in stakeholder engagement and partnership working. Salary up to £58,703 depending on experience.
