Customer Engagement Manager Oncology - Genitourinary (GU) Cancers
Purpose of the role
The Customer Engagement Manager (CEM) is responsible for optimizing the availability of our medicine in the prioritized hospitals to contribute to optimal access for patients in oncology. The CEM is the central customer facing role within the business unit and is the strategic partner for stakeholders involved in the hospitals, focusing on optimizing customer engagement by means of a strategic sequential, multichannel customer journey execution. The CEM is also responsible for account management, to identify accounts/target areas with biggest potential as defined in Opportunity Spaces and leading to Business Ambition. CEM should have a proven track record of solid relationship management skills and leveraging customer insights to provide comprehensive solutions and feedback to agile teams. CEM demonstrates the ability to execute at each stage of the sales process and guides others in developing selling skills that change customer behaviors based on multi-channel interactions.

Main responsibilities
- Ensure clear stakeholder mapping of hospitals and referral pathways to academic centers,
- Contribute to optimizing patient access and availability of our company's medicines in hospitals,
- Delivering robust account plans with SMART Objectives, key activities, in close collaboration with the cross-functional team.
- Facilitating the sharing of knowledge and experience within the medical professional world and thus active peer-to-peer learning.
- Point of contact for HCPs, personalizing and orchestrating the various channels and key messages for each HCP in the best way.
- Represent the customer voice in agile teams and have an active role in determining the hypotheses to test with the customer to further improve HCP engagement.
- Proactive in using data & analytics to improve customer engagement.
- Data-driven decision making and prioritization.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Data driven decision making mindset.
- Knowledge of therapeutic area and drugs.
- Experienced account manager.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strategic thinking and execution.
- Dutch and English business proficient.
