Equans are looking for a Mobile Janitor to join our Team in North Lanarkshire Schools, Bellshill ML4 3LR on a permanent basis. This is a part time role working 37.5 hours per week. Offer is a salary of £22,347 per annum.
Sat to Friday. Hours can vary from 07:00 to 21:00
Full Driving license is required.
What will you deliver? - The role requires the post holder to carry out the Janitors duties on any North Lanarkshire Schools site as required. The post holder must have a high degree of flexibility as they could be asked to work different shifts on different sites at any time.
- Safe opening and closing of premises, including patrol and inspection through emergency procedures as appropriate the making secure and cleaning up of the premises.
- Liaise with Police in the event of break-in or fire and carrying out of laid down emergency procedures in these circumstances.
