Main purpose of the job:
To execute the operation improvement/system enhancement project for Credit Assessment Department.
Job Description:
- To manage end to end testing in preparing test script, UAT arrangement, and solving UAT issues and errors.
- To cover system testing from multiple enhancement for department level project & enhancement, Company project, and others BU project & enhancement.
- To resolve operation system issues internally or with external party.
- To resolve operation request; errors fixing for CCRIS issues (B2B)/ system access & ID creation for operation users (UAR)/application servicing (IR)/ issues escalation to ITG, CPD, vendors & others BU (email).
- To prepare document control on manual/guideline/procedures.
- To prepare training material for briefing or email escalation.
- To prepare system guide & solution guideline for briefing or email escalation.
- To develop the training guide & conduct training and briefing internally for department.
- To propose & prepare user requirement (BRD) for operation improvement via system enhancement.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking/Finance/Business Administration/Economics or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field for Senior Executive level.
- Hands-on experiences with systems and project management skills are added advantage.
- Sound knowledge in IT Technology, and also involvement in UAT.
- Knowledgeable in Credit Processing & Credit Evaluation will be added advantage.
- Able to work independently yet manage to communicate with internal & external stakeholder.
- Manage to go extra mile and able to develop and implement ideas.
- Successful candidate will be base at Subang Jaya office.
