Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage production operations in the manufacturing facility
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Develop production plans and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain product standards.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations within the production area.
• Train and supervise production team to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocol
• Analyse production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new products and enhance existing ones.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards

Requirements

• Diploma in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
• At least 2 years of working experience. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve production issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily production planning and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Prepare daily production reports on performance and progress.
• Closely monitoring customer's order and delivery schedules.
• Ensure shipments and inventory transaction accuracy.
• Monitor and control inventory levels of input raw material sufficient for products output.
• Confer and coordinate activities with other department.

Requirements:

• Possess minimum professional certificate in Business Studies or any relevant field with minimum 2 years' experience in similar responsibilities in manufacturing industry.
• Computer literate in MS Office, knowledge in SAP & iCAPT is required.
• Aggressive, initiative, self-motivated and must be able to work independently.
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.

• Mengoperasikan gergaji meja

• Mengoperasikan mesin dan peralatan MEP (pemotong pipa, sambung pipa, dll)
• Merakit Pipa PRR, Conduit, PVC, atau Galvanis sesuai dengan gambar kerja dan instruksi kerja
• Memastikan output sesuai dengan spesifikasi dari segi jumlah dan kualitas
• Mengoperasikan impact driver untuk merakit panel kayu
• Bekerja sesuai dengan gambar kerja dan instruksi kerja
