Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Pioneering the creation, enhancement, and application of cutting-edge algorithms for product innovation and solution development, utilizing ensemble or artificial intelligence model workflows.
• Constructing APIs to serve as homes for models in the form of microservices/containers, ensuring seamless integration.
• Undertaking the design and development of intricate data/algorithmic pipelines, engaging in architectural and technical prototyping, as well as participating in comprehensive reviews.
• Engaging in effective communication and negotiation, conveying technical and analytical solutions, and collaborating on architectural designs with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Keeping abreast of the ever-evolving landscape of data science, staying ahead of trends and advancements.
• Crafting comprehensive technical documentation to streamline processes and facilitate collaboration.

Requirements:

• Hold an advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, computer science, applied mathematics, or a related field), or demonstrate equivalent practical experience, coupled with a robust 5 years in the industry.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Python, Pytorch, and TensorFlow, or showcase relevant expertise gained in a data science team where analytical solutions seamlessly integrate into mature production systems.
• Demonstrate proficiency in:Crafting and deploying univariate and multivariate Linear models, machine learning, and deep learning models.
  Implementing Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) methodologies.
  Conducting Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) for insightful problem-solving.
  Skillfully navigating Data Preparation and Feature Engineering processes.
  Overseeing Model Training and Tuning with precision.
  Participating in Model Review and Governance procedures.
  Managing Model Inference and Serving capabilities.
  Establishing robust Model Monitoring practices.
  Implementing Automated Model Retraining to ensure sustained excellence
• Minimum of 5 years job experience in China. Able to communicate and understand Chinese culture.

• Well-developed presentation skills and ability to close the deal in negotiations.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Engineering discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Precision Manufacturing/Semiconductor industry.
• Strong interpersonal, excellent communication skills and tenacity to persevere for sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese.
• Good problem solving, analytical, and time management skills.
• Able to work independently as well as with other team members.
