The Product Verification group is seeking an Embedded System Engineer to join the exciting career on creating innovative block/system-level test solutions to the latest 7nm FPGA products and beyond.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop cost-effective production test solutions to meet all the product quality, test cost, and diagnosability requirements of complex FPGA products including the state-of-the-art 7nm SSIT (Stacked Silicon Interconnect Technology) FPGAs and beyond.
• Define and implement innovative functional test strategies/methodologies with built-in diagnosis capability to support the testing of some complex components and sub-systems inside FPGAs, by using Verilog-based/Firmware-driven or system-level design flow.
• Create bring-up sequence for different IP blocks inside FPGAs and verify in both simulation and Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) test environments to enable robust and stable manufacturing test patterns.
• Work closely with IC design, FPGA firmware/software, verification and characterization, and product test teams to debug firmware/pattern related issues on simulation/bench/ATE to root cause the problem within short TAT, to ensure timely delivery of robust test patterns to meet the product release schedule.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Good programming experience in Embedded C for processor/microcontroller-based applications
• Strong hands-on experience in pre-silicon validation through simulation and post-silicon debug using basic bench equipment is desirable.
• Good knowledge of Verilog RTL design and HW functional verification concepts/test methodology is desirable.

The Senior Program Specialist (Project Manager) is responsible for the management of projects, projects they may be assigned as a Project Managers of a specific work package(s) within the larger project.
When managing projects, they will be solely responsible for the Planning, Execution and Monitoring & Control of the project with specific emphasis on managing the customer, contract management, project finances and reporting out to the business. MUST HAVE:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical), Management, Business/Administration or a similar field.
• Proven experience and knowledge in Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Preferably 7 years of experience in full cycle Project Management (mid to large scale projects) for both Private and Public sectors. (BMS Healthcare project experience is an advantage)

Scope of the Research:

This research program intends to develop design principles, fabrication methods, and instruments to synthesize and pattern sustainable materials derived from biomass. We combine additive manufacturing, microfluidics, and in situ physio-chemical reactions to achieve unprecedented control over the function and structures consisting of biomass-derived materials.

We will adapt interdisciplinary approaches to investigate the digital fabrication of sustainable materials. The recovery and recycling of the materials are also explored. The researcher will work in an interdisciplinary research team consisting of electrical, chemical, and biomedical engineers, chemists, and materials scientists.

• Ph.D. in chemistry, materials sciences, polymer engineering, and/or related fields

Role and Position Overview:

Working as a Senior Application Support Analyst, you will play an integral role in running and maintaining the production environment for reconciliation applications so that our Operations and Risk & Control users can confidently service their clients. You will be a member of a highly efficient team which is focused on building a robust Production Support platform through utilizing the latest technologies and SRE disciplines.

The role sits within the Data Engineering Production Management team, which aims to be the best for our clients by creating a Service-Centric organization focused on digitizing SMBF’s products/services, driving out manual work and delivering world-class Client experience and enabling growth via scalability. You will be working closely with colleagues in APAC, EMEA and NAM to ensure perfect 24/7 support of our franchise critical applications. In addition, you will also partner with Level 1 Support teams, Application Technology Development teams, Infrastructure teams and the Business Product owners.

Functional Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and business support for users of Citi. This includes providing quick resolutions to application issues, driving stability, efficiency, and effectiveness improvements to help the department and overall business succeed.
• Maintain Production environments with highest levels observability, resiliency, and recoverability.
• Partner with other regional teams for providing a stable Production Support coverage to Business.
• Manage, maintain, and support applications and their operating environments. This includes focusing on stability, quality, and functionality in line with service level expectations.
• Performs controlled resolution of incidents and problems including prioritization and escalation to relevant groups when appropriate, root cause analysis of all problems with follow-through to resolution.
• Champion stability initiatives to enable application high availability for Business-As-Usual which includes better monitoring, failover, and resiliency.
• Ensure Incident & Problem management procedures are diligently followed for the Production Management service.
• Ability to handle incidents, problems and change at a global enterprise level. Calm and analytical when faced with major incidents on critical systems.
• Implement and drive automations focused on productivity improvements and toil reduction
• Exhibits sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information with inherent confidence with operations and technology partners on a regional or global basis.
• Assess risk and impact of production issues, escalating to the business and technology management in a timely and appropriate manner

Functional Knowledge and Technical Experience

• 6-10 years of Production Support experience is essential.
• Experience in supporting reconciliation application (including TLM) is preferable.
• Good Unix/Linux and Shell scripting skills
• Good Experience with Monitoring tools such as ITRS Geneos, AppDynamics
• Good Experience with Log Aggregation tools such as ELK, Splunk, Grafana(GEM).
• Experience working with Oracle, and Hadoop
• Experience in Apache Spark, Hive, Starburst
• Experience with Middleware solutions such as Tibco EMS, Kafka
• Experience with Java or other programming languages and a willingness to learn new technologies
• Good written and verbal communication skills

- Play as Project Manager (Project Management Office) or Delivery Lead on banking system development or implementation projects.

- Manage the progress and milestone. Promote and control the issue & ToDo. Organize the progress report and report to client’s management. Also, manage the cost and human resource.

- Communicate closely with clients, business & IT related members. Organize teams and lead until the project ends.

- Manage client’s expectations to maintain the company’s impressions at a positive level.

2. Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineer or Information Technology or related.

- IT Project Management Knowledge and Experiences

Must understand the overall software development life cycle.

3 or more years of experience of IT related project management or Delivery Lead. (Direct and manage project development from beginning to end)

Project Management Delivery tasks such as approach and plan definition, status tracking, issue and risk identification and resolution, resource planning, and governance execution

Will be able to understand and follow the process of the banking system development or implementation project.

- Japanese & English Language Skills

Must read, write and speak Japanese at a high level (native / JLPT N1 or higher) to engage with our Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Must speak English at a high level (business English) to communicate with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.

- Banking Operation or Systems Knowledge and Experiences (as possible)

Will be able to understand the banking system structure, and high-level banking business.
