Job Description:

The Accounts Administrative Assistant supports perform the clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients, and reconciling bank statements and invoices. An ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and effective at managing multiple tasks within deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic accounting functions such as preparing financial documents, including bills, invoices, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Posting AP invoice into accounting system with accurate code
• Prepare payment to Supplier and reconcile supplier’s statement
• Checking and posting staff’s claim and reimbursement
• Assist in AR invoicing and sending monthly statement to customer
• Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
• Maintain proper documentation and filing.
• To provide administrative support to Accounts department
• Any other duties as assigned
• Complete bank reconciliations
• Enter financial information into appropriate software programs.
• Manage company ledgers and assist in closing the books monthly.
• confidentially handle sensitive information.
• Provide administrative support such as answering phone calls, processing mail, and scheduling appointments.
• Support the Accounting department with data entry, processing, and recording transactions, updating the ledger, etc

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma or certification in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software
• Min 1 year of Accounts experiences
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.

Job Description:

• Prepare Shop Drawing, Sketch for Construction and Design Developement using AUTOCAD.
• Coordination & understanding in design and construction of a project.
• Assist project team in plans, designs, site condition and method statement.
• Review BIM model

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Civil / Building Project as CAD Operator.
• Professional & Excellent Skill in AUTOCAD (Mandatory).
• Able to use Revit / Naviswork.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture.
• Construction site working environment.

Job Description:

• Ensure effective implementation of the Quality Management Systems on projects and report on system performance.
• Monitor quality reports and other documents to ensure that all quality records are properly controlled and maintained.
• Conduct inspections and testing exercises according to the Quality Management Systems.
• Identify potential technical issues and provide recommendations to rectify them.
• Coordinate with Maincons and external parties on quality related matters.
