Job Responsibilities

• Receiving & processing of spare parts order from Linde / STILL / Baoli dealer network
• Perform order processing duties: sales order, purchase order, billing and shipping arrangement
• Work closely with customers, factories and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment and delivery
• Swift response to customers enquiry, & shipment enquiries
• Compilation & distribution to Dealer of yearly part price list & any interim price adjustment from factories
• Ensure FASL, FASN (Field Action Service Notes) and SI (service information) are emailed to all the service managers once this information is released by the factory
• Ensure safety-related field campaigns must be implemented immediately and at least within the period specified by the factory
• Ensure the costs incurred are settled with the factory via a warranty claim
• Maintain and update FASL and FASN warranty databases and records
• Ensure quick, smooth settlement of warranty and goodwill claims in a way that is satisfactory to all the direct Linde entities and dealers of KSAS (Linde, STILL, and Baoli)
• Develop and implement warranty policies and procedures
• Manage warranty claim processing and documentation
• Analyse warranty claim reports to identify potential issues and recommend solutions
• Provide customer service and warranty support

Job description

• Customize and enhance SAP functionalities (FI, CO, MM), including custom developments and configurations
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for SAP FICO and MM modules
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Participate in SAP projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations
• Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP FICO and MM functionalities
• Participate in CAB, regular meetings, and discussions with Local and Group IT teams to share updates, gather feedback, and align on project timelines and deliverables
• Strong internal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global parts sourcing strategy to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of parts
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers in China, India, and ASEAN, negotiate, and establish contracts, and maintain relationships to ensure a reliable and competitive supply chain
• Monitor supplier performance and compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and technological advancements related to parts sourcing and procurement
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators and metrics related to sourcing, supplier performance, and cost savings
• Identify and pursue opportunities to reduce operating costs

· Identify slow-moving parts of each direct entity, offered to other entities and dealers; and suggested to return to the PDC

· Minimize the freight, import duty, and tax for each entity

• Collaborate with multiple functions, such as parts planning counterparts, sales, service, and technical teams to lead the part inventory planning process

· Stock parts concerning the truck install base, new truck series, and technical issues database

• Create highly accurate spare part demand forecasts for complex truck series
• Perpetually identify and address risks associated with truck series obsolescence
• Ensure the level of parts inventory can be readily proportioned to the business plan and market strategies of each entity
• Analyse forecast and actual consumption history for trends to maintain optimal inventory levels to meet repair job requirements
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory outlooks/forecasts of each entity
• Conduct local vendor evaluation for all the local sourcing parts and services
• Negotiate SNP prices on high-value parts and bulk purchase parts with PDC
• Respond to inquiries, maintain records, attend meetings, and other duties as needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum a diploma holder (preferable in Supply Chain Management)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Willing to travel around 40% of the time
