• Assisting in drafting and updating database of corporate secretarial precedents.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements for the company.
• Comfortable in liaising with auditors and other stakeholders.
• Undertake day-to-day admin tasks.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Prior experience in corporate secretarial work.
• Candidates with relevant certificates in corporate secretarial qualifications (SAICSA).
• Candidates must be a registered filing agent.
• Bilingualism in English and Mandarin is ideal, with excellent written and spoken communication skills in English required.
• Pro-active, a good team player and able to work independently.

Duties and Responsibilities

· To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work;

· Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards;

· Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries;

· To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers;

· To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule;

· Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings;

· To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers;

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant / Officer.

Job Requirements:

- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.

- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.

- Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e. AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc).

- Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities.

- Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines.

- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required.

- Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms.

Skills Requirements:
