Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Degree in Electrical is required.
· At least 2-3years of working experience in a machine assembly environment.
· A good track record of supporting the department achieving KPI.
· Strong understanding of 5S and HSE knowledge.
· Maintain good Quality standards, 5S and safety discipline.
· Able to work effectively in a fast pace and ever-changing stressful environment.
· Well verse in Microsoft office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
· Knowledge of drawing software (SolidWorks, Unigraphics, etc) is added advantage.
Responsibilities:
· Perform basic and advanced machine electrical wiring works.
· Perform machine pre & post machine power ON inspection checks, machine parameter settings,
testing and inspection according to standard.
· Perform machine final electrical inspection and adjustments for any defects to maintain high level of
quality.
· Able to troubleshoot and resolve machine electrical non-conformance.
· Develop electrical testing jigs and perform testing and validation of machines.
· Monitor the serviceability of measuring electrical instruments or jigs and fixtures and reporting to
Supervisor or Manager any non-compliance condition.
· Lead the production team to strictly adhere to production schedule and same time improving the
manufacturing process to improve quality, cost, and productivity.
· Creates, implements, and monitors KPI indicators on product quality and section capability.
· Provide shop floor feedback to Production Engineering and R&D Department.
· Assist the Production Manager to provide quality, cost effective and efficient support for launching of
new machine models.
· Work with engineering and other departments to improve assembly processes.
· Maintain accurate records of inspection result at each electrical process.
· Prepare reports on productivity, quality, claims, etc.
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior or HOD.
