Responsibilities
· Ensure smooth running of daily operations for all IT infrastructure, applications and software in the organisation
· Provide day to day IT technical support services
· Monitoring and maintaining the organisation’s computer systems, installation and configuration of hardware and software
· Develop and implement IT policies, procedures and controls to ensure the security and integrity of the organisation’s data
· Collaborate with other teams to identify technology needs and implement process improvements and new IT initiatives to promote digitalisation and enhance IT security
· Work with 3rd party vendors and to source for better systems available and advise Management team accordingly
· Provide consultation, training and provide related solutions to end users on IT related matters
· Oversee new system facilitation and current system enhancements when required
· Planning and undertaking schedule maintenance upgrades
· Develop and maintain IT-related documentation
· Provide regular reports to Management team on the status of IT projects
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or its equivalent
· A minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in IT support and troubleshooting covering PC hardware and software applications
· Working knowledge of ERP system support, IT Security, Windows OS, Networking and Computer Hardware
· Motivated, resourceful with the ability to work independently or as a team
· Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
