Main Responsibilities

1. Process inquiries from customers, set out pricing and send out quotations
2. Manage customer orders, from processing sales orders to generating picking list.
3. Assist Sales team to maintain customer relationship by regular follow-up and prompt problem resolutions.
4. Raise Purchase Orders to vendors and monitor deliveries.

Skillset rquired

• Proficient in business English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers from other functional departments
• Good working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Words and other business productivity application programs.
