Job Description:

• Coordination of purchase orders from project sites and vendors.
• Sourcing, quotation, and price comparison
• Generate purchase orders, track delivery, and update orders on time.
• Ensure the purchase order, invoice, and delivery order are attached with a supporting document.
• Verify supplier invoice quantity, unit rate, and system data entry integrity
• To overseas and control storage of all inventories
• Performing general admin duties and handling all incoming calls.

Job Description:

· To attend site / technical meetings.

· Co-ordinate with and instruct sub-contractors/suppliers on timely.

· Delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship.

· Prepare tender documents including tender quotations.

· Responsible for measurement of quantities and cost estimation.

· Monitor monthly progress.

· Evaluation of price comparison summary

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field of study.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

· Able to work in fast paced environment.

· Able to start work immediately.

· Must have at least 2 years experience in the Construction Industry

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, and testing of relevant equipment at customer locations
• Provide preventive maintenance and repair services at customer locations under established procedures and techniques, using proper tools, test equipment, and replacement parts.
• Establish and maintain a positive and cooperative working relationship with customers and co-workers.

Requirements

• ITE in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering, or equivalent educational background
• Experience with hands-on related to installation and maintenance, especially on Generator sets. Those without experience will go through on-the-job training.
• Good technical knowledge of electrical apparatus, electric motors, pumps, fans, and blowers
• Hard working, independent, self-sufficient, and customer-oriented individual.Good analytical troubleshooting skills, dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented team player
• Fluent in both verbal and written English, knowledge in Mandarin an added advantage to liaise with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Must have basic technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV, or HVAC systems.
• Perform servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of air-conditioning systems when required.
• Possessing a Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of HVAC equipment operation in water-cooled/air-cooled chilled water systems such as chillers.
• Hands-on, hardworking, and able to multi-task.
• Able to read Electrical Single Diagram and trace electrical power and control circuit.

Requirements:

• ITE in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent educational background.
• Strong experience in HVAC/ACMV.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients.
• Possessing a Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

· Coordination of project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner.

· Attends external project kick-off meetings, meetings with clients or consultants as well as technical and coordination meetings, project meetings, and internal project closure meetings.

· Resolves site problems proactively in a timely manner as appropriate.

· Ensures the timely preparation of project progress and other reports.

· Follows up on all aspects of QA/QC matters; records all defects work and ensures proper documentation.

· Makes daily checks on work progress, housekeeping, and safety implementation on-site with safety personnel.

· Assists in cost control by reducing materials wastage, and usage of tools and equipment.

· Request and initiate orders of materials required for projects.

· Responsible for all activities related to ongoing & new projects to meet the final closure with customers.

· Any other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

· Prior working experience in the Construction Industry.
