1.Provide administrative support to the Operations/Production Department.

2. Maintain records of transactions and processing of the product's status according to compliance requirements

3. Accurately maintain/update Daily Processing Reports (DPR) and Tally sheets, including production quantities, materials used, and production stages.

4. Perform data entry tasks to input production and inventory information into databases or electronic systems.

5. Verify the accuracy of data entries and cross-check information with supporting documents.

6. Collaborate with production and store teams to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to production records or inventory levels.

7. Generate reports, summaries, and analysis of production and inventory data as required.

8. Ensure compliance with record-keeping procedures and company policies.

9. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to record-keeping processes and systems.

Requirement:

1. Possess minimum Nitec level or equivalent qualifications with 1-2 years experiences

2. Positive attitude and willing to learn.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel & Word).

5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate effectively within a team.

6. Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.

Job Description

• Generate sales revenue of steel material to the construction industry in Singapore and neighbouring countries.
• Process good market intelligence, able to monitor market and competitors’ products.
• Co-ordinate projects to ensure smooth running of project deliveries and act as appoint of contact with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.
• Liaise with sales, customers, and vendors regarding all delivery issues ( technical, logistics, etc)
• Carry out other ad hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum “O” level or higher
• Prior sales experience in steel from Construction/manufacturing sector is essential.
• Good communication skill (verbal/written)
• Good knowledge in MS Office.
• Mature, well-organized and a good team player
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Possess a Class 3 driving license with own vehicle is a plus.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.

Build good relationships with industry players.

Develop business development plans that follow business development strategies.

Develop business reports on new revenue streams, improved products, and new businesses.

· Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, making adjustments or reporting issues as needed.

· Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts, to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.

· Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe working environment.

· Collaborate with other team members, such as supervisors, quality control personnel, and maintenance technicians, to optimize production processes.

· Identify and troubleshoot machine issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.

· Maintain accurate records of machine operations, production output, and any maintenance or adjustments made during the shift.
