Job Description:
To handle matters such as Sub-Sale, Developer’s Project, Loan Documentation and conveyancing related matters with minimal supervision
Assist in all other related conveyancing matters such as discharge of charge / receipt and reassignment, tenancy agreements / online adjudication / CKHT submissions
Able to attend and communicate with clients, bankers and related parties
Able to work and complete task with minimal supervision or willing to learn & able to complete jobs within timeline
Able to follow instruction, responsible, proactive & work independently
Job Requirements:
Responsible with good working attitude, punctual and good attendance
Ability to work as a team & having willingness to learn
With or without working experience (Fresh grads are encouraged to apply)
Basic skill and knowledge in Microsoft Words and Excel
Experienced in conveyancing would be an added advantage
Immediate availability is preferable
