Essential Functions

Essential Functions
Ensure new CMG accounts are properly set up on FIS InTrader for trade settlement and asset servicing
Review and approve cash and position reconciliations for CMG and CBSI. Work with teams to resolve outages

Compensation Range
Hourly: $29.30 - $34.60 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to collaborate with internal clients and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and programs with limited oversight. It will develop and manage project tasks and timelines effectively.
Essential Functions
Execute on marketing campaigns and materials with accuracy and adherence to timelines
Handle vendor relationship management while working with executive management and cross-functional areas, including resolving complaints, disputes or grievances
Enhance/change existing policies related to assigned marketing technology/software solutions
Independently coordinate and implement assigned customer acquisition, retention, and cross/up-selling marketing programs
Independently coordinate and deliver on agreed upon schedule and objectives. This includes timing, vendor management, quality control, Legal and Compliance, integration with internal communications and brand standards.
Participate in project management, vendor management and strategic planning
May manage a project team with moderate oversight from direct manager
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Strong level knowledge about traditional and digital marketing best practices and bank marketing regulations
Ability to research trends and benchmarks, understand data, draw conclusions and recommend solutions
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
4+ years related marketing experience required
Proven experience successfully leading marketing projects required
Financial services marketing experience preferred

The main purpose of this job is to sell new business while adding and developing new relationships to Commerce Bank within the Healthcare Industry for their assigned territories.
Essential Functions
Play a key role in the bank’s Blue Chip around Healthcare Payments & Expansion Markets
Sell new business for existing target markets across Integrated Receivables, Patient Financing, Online Bill Pay Solutions, and all supporting services
Responsible for provider clinical target market and hospitals below 100 beds
Practice Richardson Consultative Selling
Perform Healthcare Payment Cycle Reviews
Collaborate with Senior Account Executive on Market Plans aligned with Payment Account Teams and Market Leadership
Ensure sales cohesion between teams as verticals and specialization can overlap separate teams
Utilize Insight360 automation tools for pipelines, tracking and lead development and distribution
Define and implement specific campaigns and/or incentives that drive desired behavior/results
Develop and maintain client relationships with key decision makers for target accounts, through sales calls, networking events, industry events and written communication.
Provide accurate and detailed revenue forecasting and deliver consistent, quarterly sales performance, while exceeding expected revenue target
Ensure long term customer success: work effectively with markets and implementation teams to transition customers
Perform solution demos to customer internally and externally
Execute contract and pricing negotiations while packaging services and solution to meet the customers’ needs
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Strong knowledge of the Healthcare and or Payments industry, including best practices
Some knowledge of competitor offerings and pricing including new trends and developments in the industry
Ability to manage Richardson sales processes end to end and perform advisory role within the healthcare industry
Ability to identify cross selling opportunities across product and solution offerings and be knowledgeable to speak to competitive solutions
Ability to achieve defined sales goals as outlined
Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and meet Commerce Bank’s driving record criteria; ongoing employment may be contingent upon meeting all driving requirements
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to apply discretion and sound judgement to solve problems efficiently and effectively
