Job Description

Job Requirements:

• Strong background in the F&B industry with a robust network of food and non-food suppliers.
• Experience with commodity procurement, particularly in wheat, sugar, oil and dairy sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a monthly trade volume of at least S$10 million.
• International experience is preferred, with exposure to markets such as Thailand and China.
• Proven track record of implementing creative cost-saving measures.
• Experience in the frozen food business will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

Education -

The Assistant Training Manager plays a critical role in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs for the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Training Manager in all aspects of training, from planning and development to implementation, evaluation, and administrative tasks. Design and Delivery:
