Job Descriptions:

• Operates multiple machines and ensure minimal idle time
• Perform production runs according to MES
• Perform SPC checks according to the schedule

Requirements:

• Possess minimum ITE/GCE “O” Level/SPM/Diploma or equivalent
• •Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not a must

• Carry out equipment PM according to the plant equipment PM schedule
• Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults and repair equipment
• Work on improvement projects to assure continuous reliability of production equipment and processes to achieve high equipment productivity and low downtime.
• Key-in SPC data for all defined equipment critical parameters
• Support all equipment installation and commissioning during plant start-up phase
• Performs other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the project progress and/or the specific goals of the division.

• Carry out equipment PM according to the plant equipment PM schedule

• Part of IT Application team delivering end-end solution to support AMF’s business needs.
• Providing technical solution, developing, and supporting various applications in one or more of the following areas/platforms: MES, CIM, ERP, Reporting/BI, and Analytics.
• Support, monitoring and maintaining the application systems to meet AMF’s business requirements.
• Identify, propose, and implement strategies for efficient and effective adoption and/or usage of application systems.
• May be assigned to other ad-hoc project assignment to support organization objectives.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related qualification with 5-8 years relevant working experience
• In-depth knowledge and experience in one or more of the following SOAP, RESTful APIs, JSON, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Programming languages such as C++, Java, .Net, Power Platform, Outsystems, Python, R.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in database and languages such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL
• Experience in application design, development, and support.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, with knowledge of concept (Industry 4.0, Manufacturing Computer Integrated Manufacturing, Equipment Automation, Mobile Robots, RFID) and methodologies such as ISO, Lean or
• 6-sigma would be advantageous.

• Provide technical support to R&D department on timely and accurate execution of tape out activities.
• Handle non-standard frame and layout data for developmental and product tape outs.
• Prepare tape out documentation and transfer finalized data to mask maker.
• Interface with mask maker to ensure data transfer and translation.
• Review job deck data and feedback.
• Assist in Lithography exposure job file documentation.
• Provide troubleshooting job file related to alignment issue or improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Major in Electrical and Electronics or Microelectronics Engineering, or related with tape out/mask data handling experience;
• Knowledge/experience in wafer fabrication or Microelectronics process workflow
• Basic knowledge of Linux command.
• Familiar with Cadence Virtuoso or layout editing software.
• Self-driven, motivated and meticulous.
• Takes ownership and initiatives in tackling issues.

• Oversee the process and maintenance of all production equipment in the module.
• Setup and maintain all the quality control system including SOP, OI, SPC, DOE, PCP, FMEA, OCAP, FDC, RMS, ECMS. 8D, RCA, DMAIC, PDCA.
• Drive for continuous improvement and implementing only the up-to-date best known methods.
• Establish and keep all process and equipment within Control Limits. Setup proper corrective and preventive maintenance procedures for all tools.
• Ensure compliance with corporate requirements and procedures
• Implementation of TPM program in the module to assure high availability of the tools and at their best Thru’put.
• Maintain optimum utilization of equipment and resources and constantly review methods of OEE management to reduce tool downtime and increase equipment throughput.
• Ensure proper trouble shooting with 8D and RCA.
• Managed the vendors and spare parts suppliers to achieve good uptime and cost effective.
• Lead actively in key project such as cost reduction, yield improvement, new machine qualification, process optimization, cycle time improvement and new machine parts and process evaluation/qualification
• Coach and groom module engineers both technically and in project management.
• Lead cross module task force to demonstrate the team spirit.
• Setup SMART goals and KPIs for module engineers to ensure success rate in assignments.
• To conduct daily module meeting and ensure proper pass down between shifts support
• Alignment of the module objectives to company objectives.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge in module process and metrology equipment.
• Good Knowledge in module processes integration to the product.
• Good knowledge of Operation tools e.g. SOP, OI, SPC, DOE, PCP, FMEA, OCAP, FDC, RMS, ECMS. 8D, RCA, DMAIC, PDCA.
• Good Knowledge of Equipment Indices including OEE, MTBF, MTTR, MTBC and PM success rate.
• Project and Program Management skill.
• Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification.

• Fabricate and integrate opto-electronics process development by following process documentation and operating instructions
• Independently carry out test to determine device design and performance
• Collaborate with project team members to ensure device meets specification and verify device's performance
