The Training Centre Manager role will be responsible to the Key Account Manager for the CH-47 Platform. The role will hole accountability of the coordination and delivery of training services across the CH-47 platform, as well as managing the interdependencies of service delivery, including resourcing, across capabilities on site.

Technical Manager
The Technical Manager, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, is responsible for the overall management and coordination of CAE resources (maintenance and support personnel), budget and operational maintenance requirements of the training devices under their control. The Technical Manager is responsible to ensure the successful delivery of all maintenance services and user training outcomes within time, cost and quality constraints.
The Technical Manager achieves desired profit contribution targets by monitoring and reporting on maintenance performance and costs in accordance with approved operating budgets, controlling the resources under their jurisdiction and taking corrective action where necessary.
The Technical Manager is the point‐of‐contact for the end user and customer on site for day to day operational needs.
The Technical Manager is responsible to the KPI achievement, Customer Satisfaction, Team engagement and development, Regulatory Compliance, Environment, Health and Safety and Overall support for the Training Center operations.

The Simulation Technician is responsible to the Maintenance Manager (or delegate) to perform all preventative and corrective maintenance on training devices under support in a safe and effective manner, ensuring maximum successful training events are able to be achieved by the end user. Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated individual preferably with MH-60R Aircraft Maintenance experience to supplement our Maintenance Support Team at the Seahawk Simulation and Warfare Centre located at HMAS Albatross, in a full-time permanent position.
You will be responsible to the Maintenance Manager (or delegate) to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on the MH-60R training devices ensuring maximum operational availability to our Customer the RAN.
CAE’s Maintenance Contract currently supports two full flight Simulators and six individual ground-based Trainers based on the MH-60R Romeo Helicopter, which includes two full aircraft Trainers.
Monday to Friday (5 day) alternating shifts between the hours of 0600 and 0200 hours.
Carry out all maintenance tasks effectively as directed by the Senior Simulation Technicians or Maintenance Manager
Carry out all maintenance tasks to meet internal and external compliance requirements
Work to CAE’s Quality Management System
Participate in maintenance related continuous improvement activities
Work to CAE’s Environment, Health & Safety Management System
Demonstrates professional, disciplined and safe behaviour in all day to day tasks
Any other tasks as delegated or directed by CAE Management
Experience/Requirements
Essential:
Technical Maintenance Experience
A willingness to learn and develop both practical and professional skillsets.
Eligibility for Australian Govt. NV1 Security Clearance
Desirable:
MH-60R Avionics or Airframe maintenance experience
Already hold an NV1 Security Clearance
Computer, IT, Network and Domain literacy
Simulator maintenance experience
