WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and review the work plan for junior staffs; assign work activities, review, and evaluate work products, methods, and procedures; meet with staffs to identify and resolve problems.
- Coordinate office activities and operations throughout the company to secure efficiency and maintain compliance to company policies.
- Assume management responsibility for assigned responsibilities to the admin & facilities division including purchasing, budgeting, accounting, personnel, information technology, and administrative support programs and services.
- Manage and participate in the development and implementation of department goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for assigned programs; recommend and administer policies and procedures.
- Focal point for all travel related inquiries including processing all travel requests (review and approve) in Concur system and provide advises to travel requestors according to policies and procedures.
- Identify recommendations for updates to the travel management processes based on practical application of business practices and feedback from stakeholders.
- Liaise with taxi and the preferred rental car company for incoming visitors.

WHO ARE YOU?
- Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Secretarial, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management
- Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience.
- Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written.
- Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Administrative / Clerical or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of office management skill and basic accounting principles.
- Administrative/Corporate travel coordinator experience preferred.
- Ability to work a fast-paced environment, anticipate and respond to changing situations.
- Must have the ability and maturity to manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and computer knowledge / skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
