Here at Aardvark Swift, we are on the lookout for a Trainee Recruiter to join our team who are driven by games, fuelled by talent.
In this role, you will create a positive impact within the games industry, support industry growth by sourcing candidates and complete administration duties, while you learn about the recruitment and gaming industry to develop your skills!
Your day-to-day will include….
• Screening potential candidates and develop a good understanding of what the candidate does and what they are looking for in a new role.
• Logging information into the database and ensure records are updated accurately.
• Supporting consultants with recruitment admin, adding candidates to the database, preparing CVs and updating client and candidate files
• Expanding your knowledge of the video games industry and the roles and studios we work with
• Supporting with other tasks in line with company requirements
• You will receive ongoing support and coaching throughout your probation period whilst you learn the market and embed yourself into your new role.
You will need to show us that you have …
• Recent experience within a Sales role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to build strong relationships
• Resilience and a willingness to learn and progress
• You should demonstrate our Core Values
• You will receive ongoing support and coaching throughout your probation period whilst you learn the market and embed yourself into your new role.
