Our client is a top manufacturer and distributor, specializing in components for Factory Automation, Press Die, Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools, and MRO items. As a comprehensive solution provider, they offer over 7 million products from 2,000 brands, catering to diverse manufacturing requirements and is looking for suitable candidates to join their growing business as Customer Service Coordinator.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers
- Handle and assist customers on their sales enquiries via emails, phone calls and live chat
- Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc.
- Rectify part number errors, request lead time changes to suppliers
- Liaise with stakeholders on customers’ orders
- Promote Web Ordering System to customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum GCE “O” Level Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing and handling of customer’s enquiries
- Possess a service-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and is a good team player
- Able to work under pressure
- Meticulous and organized
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office (especially in Microsoft Excel)
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Location: West
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours
- 2 weekend (once a month) with Paid allowance
- Salary: Up till S$3,400 with VB & AWS (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
