Responsibility

• To assist Customer Service Executive
• To prepare Tenders and Quotations and follow up with customers and prospects.
• To prepare all Sales Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices to customers.
• To handle the E-perolehan system (Government and PPUM)
• To prepare Packing Lists and arrange for the transporter to be assigned for the deliveries to customers.
• To follow up on deliveries and ensure customers are satisfied.
• To solve customers’ issues, enquiries and complaints to the best of ability and in a professional manner.
