We are seeking a highly experiencedChange Managerwith10+ years of experiencesupporting large-scaleERP transformation programswithin asemiconductor manufacturing environment. The role will focus on leading organizational change, driving adoption, and ensuring business readiness for enterprise ERP initiatives, with experience in platforms such asOracle and SAPforming part of the overall ERP background.
Key Responsibilities- Leadenterprise-level change managementinitiatives for large-scaleERP transformation programs
- Define and executechange management strategies and plansaligned with business, IT, and operational objectives
- Conduct detailedchange impact, readiness, and stakeholder assessmentsfor ERP-driven process and organizational changes
- Partner closely withsenior leadership, PMO, IT teams, business stakeholders, and system integratorsthroughout the ERP lifecycle
- Develop and drivecommunication strategiesto support awareness, alignment, and engagement
- Plan and supporttraining and knowledge transferactivities to enable effective ERP adoption
- Identify, manage, and mitigatechange risks and resistance, particularly in complex and operationally critical environments
- Supportcutover, go-live, stabilization, and post‑implementation adoptionactivities
- Monitor and report onchange effectiveness, adoption levels, and readiness metrics
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership onorganizational and people impactsarising from ERP transformation initiatives
Required Experience- 10+ years of experienceinChange Management, with a strong focus onlarge-scale ERP transformation programs
- Proven experience delivering change forenterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, or rollouts
- Exposure to ERP platforms such asSAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA)andOracle (EBS and/or Fusion Cloud)as part of broader ERP initiatives
- Experience supporting ERP transformations withinmanufacturing or semiconductor organizations
- Experience working incomplex, multi-stakeholder environmentsacross business, IT, and operations
- Strong background working withsystem integrators and consulting-led ERP programs
- Experience supportingSingapore-based or regional APAC ERP programs
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supportingenterprise or regional ERP rolloutsfrom Singapore
- Background insemiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with structuredchange management methodologies
- Change Management certification is an advantage
