We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead and drive end-to-end change management initiatives for enterprise-scale ERP transformation programs. This role focuses on organizational change leadership, user adoption, and business readiness, ensuring successful implementation of ERP systems across complex environments.
The ideal candidate has a strong and consistent background in change management (not purely project/program management) and has led structured change initiatives within large enterprise or consulting environments.

💼 Role: Organizational Change Manager
What You'll Do:
Change Strategy & Execution
- Lead end-to-end change management activities across ERP implementation or transformation programs.
- Develop and execute change strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
- Drive organizational readiness and user adoption for enterprise systems.
Change Analysis & Planning
- Conduct change impact assessments and change readiness evaluations.
- Define and implement resistance management strategies.
- Develop stakeholder mapping and engagement plans, including change agent networks.
- Perform training needs analysis and support training strategy development.
Stakeholder & Business Engagement
- Partner closely with business leaders, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, briefings, and engagement sessions to support change initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on change risks and mitigation strategies.
Adoption & Governance
- Monitor and measure change effectiveness, adoption metrics, and user readiness.
- Support cutover, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and transformation objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (dedicated focus, not purely PM/Transformation roles).
- Proven experience leading end-to-end change initiatives for ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Strong hands-on expertise in: Prosci / ADKAR Model, Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model, Change Impact Analysis & Readiness Assessment,
- Stakeholder Engagement & Resistance Management & Training Needs Analysis
- Experience working in large enterprise or consulting environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Prosci Certification (preferred / highly desirable)
- Additional certifications such as: PMP / Prince2, Lean Six Sigma
