Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead and manage change initiatives for enterprise applications, specifically Oracle (On-Premise and/or Fusion Cloud) and SAP. The role focuses on ensuring successful adoption of system changes through structured change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and readiness activities across business and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end Change Management activities for Oracle (EBS/Fusion) and SAP implementation, upgrade, rollout, or transformation programs
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communication, and training plans
- Partner closely with project managers, business leads, IT teams, and system integrators to align change activities with project milestones
- Conduct change impact assessments for Oracle and SAP process, system, and organizational changes
- Manage stakeholder engagement across business units, ensuring readiness and buy-in throughout the change lifecycle
- Design and deliver communication plans, including key messages, leadership communications, and end-user messaging
- Coordinate and support training activities, working with functional leads and trainers to ensure effective system adoption
- Identify and manage change risks and resistance, proposing mitigation strategies
- Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live adoption activities to ensure sustainable business outcomes
- Establish and track change adoption metrics and readiness indicators
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on change impacts related to Oracle and SAP initiatives
Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience as a Change Manager in large-scale enterprise transformation projects
- Proven hands-on experience supporting Oracle On-Premise (e.g., EBS) and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud initiatives
- Proven experience supporting SAP implementations or upgrades (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA)
- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes impacted by ERP systems (Finance, Procurement, HR, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Solid experience in stakeholder management, communication, and training coordination
- Strong ability to work in complex, cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage multiple change initiatives in parallel
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with large-scale ERP transformation or cloud migration programs
- Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR or similar)
- Experience working with system integrators or consulting environments
- Change Management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent) is an advantage
