Reporting Structure: Report directly to the Managing Director (MD) to lead and implement the company's strategic HR initiatives.
Assessment of Current Practices: Analyze the existing HR strategies and policies. Collaborate with the MD to identify areas for enhancement and alignment.
Understanding Company Context: Familiarize yourself with the company’s history, evolution, vision, and goals.
Effective Communication: Clearly communicate HR policies and rewards schemes to all staff, actively seeking their feedback.
Personal Engagement: Conduct one-on-one discussions and surveys to gather constructive feedback for improvement programs.
Open Communication Channels: Facilitate an open line of communication between staff and leadership on behalf of the MD.
Identifying Issues: Identify and consult on "toxic" employees, recommending necessary changes for improvement.
Team Building: Assist the MD in cultivating a strong team of Heads of Departments (HODs) through monthly meetings.
Cultural Transformation: Collaborate with HODs to shape a new company culture and foster a positive staff mindset.
Brand Management: Ensure the company’s LinkedIn, website, and Glassdoor profiles reflect positive content and image, highlighting HR events.
Achieving Recognition: Strive for the company to attain "Most Liked" SME status.
Budget Planning: Develop and present a yearly HR capital budget and optimization plan to the MD.
