Okay balance, but often demanding for supply chain
Pros: The hybrid model was nice, usually 3 days in the office. This helped a lot with personal appointments and commuting. As a Supply Chain Analyst, I really liked the exposure to different global consumer goods markets. You get decent vacation time too, which is a plus.
Cons: Work-life balance can be really hit or miss here. We often had to work late, sometimes 50+ hours a week, especially during project deadlines for our industrial adhesives division. It's tough when you're managing global supply chains and time zones. There's not always a clear separation between work and personal life.
Advice to Management: Management should really look at workload distribution, especially for supply chain roles. Better planning could prevent constant crunch times. It would help a lot with employee burnout.

Hybrid Work is Decent, But Could Be Better
Pros: I've enjoyed the hybrid work setup as a Supply Chain Analyst in the Stamford, CT office. We get specific WFH days, which is good for personal appointments. It's a standard for most corporate roles at this global company.
Cons: The flexibility sometimes feels a bit rigid; you're often tied to specific days for onsite work. There isn't much room to shift WFH days, even for important tasks. It can be tough when project deadlines hit for supply chain.
Advice to Management: Give employees more autonomy over their hybrid schedule. Trust us to get the job done and be more flexible.

Work-life balance is okay, but varies
Pros: I liked the hybrid model; it gave some flexibility during the week. My team in the Stamford, CT office was usually understanding if I needed to flex my hours, which was a huge plus.
Cons: Honestly, as an Associate Brand Manager, the workload can be intense, especially around product launches. It's a large corporate environment, so deadlines are often really tight in the CPG industry.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage the project load for brand management teams. There's a lot of pressure, and more resources could really help prevent burnout.
