Pros: I liked the hybrid work option they offered. It was nice to work from home sometimes as a Software Engineer. The Singapore office location is also pretty accessible.
Cons: The remote work days are too structured. It feels like they don't fully trust us to WFH more often. True flexibility isn't really there, especially for IT solutions projects.
Advice to Management: Give employees more autonomy with their schedules. Standardize WFH policies across different project teams. Build more trust for remote work in our IT solutions department.
