Your new company
I've been retained exclusively to recruit a new product team for a tech-first business that specialise managing investments for hedge funds, VC enterprises and private equity firms. They are insistent on working at the sharp edge of technology and are now looking to add an additional Senior Angular Developer to join their UI team.
You will be working hybrid in this role, 3 days per week in their newly refurbished offices in Central Bournemouth, on commuting lines to London and 2 minutes from the Beach.
Your new role
This is an amazing opportunity and the ideal time to be getting involved at a Fintech company where software is a profit maker, not a cost. The Software Dev Manager does not compromise on equipment and tools to ensure they are ahead of the game.
You'll be work alongside another hugely experienced Senior Angular Dev to build out the application side of their product. The team will reach 20-30 Developers in the next year, mostly responsible for contributing to their central platform which has enabled them to take market share. The roles are Senior and will start as individual contributor roles with large hands-on element, but they are open in speaking to Tech Leads who can mentor and become a go-to person within each Scrum Team.
The Dev Manager has a clear mandate to scale, but with the right people. You'll be working alongside a really high-level team in a flat structure where your voice will be heard. Developers here are involved in software design and from start to finish on modules so you'll get full lifecycle exposure. With fast-growth comes excellent progression opportunities and a real diversity to the tech you can work with.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for 7+ years commercial Core JavaScript experience and excellent TypeScript, with a specialist focus on the Angular framework - You must have worked with Angular 2+. Exposure to Microservices / Service Based Architecture will be desirable.
You will be an advocate of software design patterns used appropriately, CI/CD, GIT and DevOps in an Agile environment.
Everything runs on the cloud through AWS Infrastructure, so this experience would be a bonus. We expect Developers here to be involved with peer code reviews, unit/integration testing and refactoring/optimisation of code.

Acquisire nuovo business DPI attraverso un’intensa attività di prospezione sul campo a partire da un panel di grandi clienti Corporate e plant assegnati;
Interagire e collaborare in modo proattivo con i colleghi Business Developer e di altri reparti (Customer Service, Credito, Marketing, Logistica, ecc.) per cogliere e sviluppare nuove opportunità commerciali in ambito DPI e garantire la migliore customer experience di ciascun cliente;
Rappresentare l’immagine dell’azienda presso gli interlocutori esterni;
Mostrare competenze nella pianificazione, analisi, elaborazione e presentazione dei dati, utilizzando strumenti e sistemi gestionali dedicati per ottimizzare l'efficacia nella fase sia di prospezione che di gestione dei grandi clienti;
Su indicazione del Sales Manager, gestire eventuali gare od aste elettroniche.
REQUISITI E COMPETENZE RICHIESTI
Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella vendita diretta, maturata preferibilmente con clienti strutturati;
Conoscenza tecnica approfondita ed aggiornata del mercato DPI e dei relativi prodotti, fornitori, servizi e normativa;
Almeno 2 anni di esperienza commerciale nell’ambito dei Dispositivi di Protezione Individuale e collettiva (DPI);
Tenacia ed abilità nella negoziazione;
Buone doti di problem solving, assertività ed empatia relazionale;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Preferibile la residenza in Veneto.
