Summary of Position
The Sales Supervisor oversees the sales merchandising team and may also perform some tasks of a manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
~To analyze the performance measurement (KPI) with distributors on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
~Achieve maximum Sales, Collections and Distribution targets in all company products.
~Ensure full area coverage in distributor’s assigned territory.
~Develop more high traffic outlet and Special Channel outlet .
~Planning Promotion plan and Incentive to distributor salesman and outlet.
~To assist in any Marketing matters, activities.
~More focus at field market and find more opportunity.
REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCES: -
~Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
~Age Below 35
~1 years of relevant working experience.
~Minimum SPM holder.
~Possessed self-driven positive attitude.
~Computer literate and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
~Willing to travel outstation.

Scope of work
The Sr. Operations Specialist works independently and autonomously to identify, lead, drive and manage work that supports the strategies, initiatives, and goals of the organization. Responsible for the development, implementation and support of programs and projects that ensure operational efficiency, enhanced safety, increased productivity, reduced cost, and continuous improvement. Manages the day-to-day operational needs as well as the strategic goals of the business. Leads compliance activities across the organization to ensure services are provided in accordance with State and Federal regulations, organizational policies and procedures, medical staff bylaws and accreditation/compliance requirements.
