Summary
Reporting directly to the manager of Billing and Accounts Receivable, the AR Analyst will additionally be responsible for working with credit managers and Accounts Receivable administrators to audit customer accounts and also communicate with both internal and external customers in a professional, straightforward manner.
The role of the Accounts Receivable Analyst is a highly detail oriented individual with extensive accounts receivables experience. This individual must have the ability to do deep dive research into customer accounts to answer questions and resolve problems in a timely manner. The analyst will troubleshoot and come up with solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents, working within existing guidelines and processes.
Essential Duties
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Reviewing customer accounts, verifying payments are posted correctly and credits properly utilized
-Posting customer payments as needed
-Ensure annual audits are completed in an accurate and timely manner, working closely with outside auditors
-Establish and implement best practices
