Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in Oracle APEX.
• UI Path experience is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in Oracle Cloud, AWS, Alibaba Cloud, or other cloud technologies.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

We are looking for an experienced individual to design, implement and maintain websites and graphics while supporting IT troubleshooting for the Company's beauty retail business. Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

• Maintain existing website or design and implement new website from scratch on WordPress and Elementor.
• Conceptualize, create or edit visuals required for websites and marketing collaterals including web banner, logos, namecards, social media post or any other branding assets.
• Optimize, troubleshoot, and debug website issues to make sure website are operational and error-free.
• Conduct website migration, DNS set up and configuration and SSL certificates installations.
• Execute SEO best practices on the websites such as including keywords into header, links, file names, etc.
• Implement and manage Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
• Establish branding and design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Support IT maintenance and troubleshoot.
• Manage email such as IMAP, POP, and SMTP.

Requirements

• Degree in website design or related
• Excellent visual design skills with knowledge in UI and UX design
• Proficient in Wordpress and Elementor
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic knowledge in CSS, HTML & JavaScript

The post holder will develop data visualisation products, such as reports and dashboards, built upon Microsoft Power BI and SQL Platform, delivering outputs using data visualisation methodologies to convey key messages to the products users.

The post holder will need create documentation including the completion of design templates, change control requests, testing plans and results. The post holder will also be support the administration and provide maintenance support to the associated reporting environments.
• Ensure reports and dashboards are designed to a high standard using latest data visualisation methodologies and can be used in a self-service environment.
• Provide a high level of documentation which underpins the on-going success of the Informatics Delivery service. This includes internal technical documents but also friendly business user focused documentation.
• Participate in projects which are aligned to the key organisational objectives of the Trust, providing options and recommendations to support those objectives.
• Ensure that all new developments and amendments follow the change control process. This requires rigorous testing procedures and detailed impact analysis.
• To work with clinicians and service managers to undertake analysis of business/care delivery processes, advising on how these might be changed or refined to improve their efficiency, and how such changes would be enabled by the appropriate use of information systems and communications technology.

The informatics team is split into two areas, data delivery and requirements & engagement. These teams work together to deliver against our service model to the organisation.

We work in an environment of collaboration, and whilst we endeavour to deliver information in a right the first-time environment, we have also created the space for teams and individuals to test out new technologies or interest projects within ring-fenced time – often in collaboration with external consultancies who support and encourage learning within the team.

About the location:

The Digital Services Informatics team is based at Jeanette Wallace House, in between Bromley and Croydon (CR0 1FE).

Our Trust headquarters is located at Denmark Hill less than 5 minutes from the train station (zone 2). We also provide services and operate across other locations, such as London boroughs of Croydon, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark; and substance misuse services for residents of Bexley, Lambeth, Greenwich and Wandsworth.
• Ensure reports and dashboards are designed to a high standard using latest data visualisation methodologies and can be used in a self-service environment.
• Provide a high level of documentation which underpins the on-going success of the Informatics service. This includes internal technical documents but also friendly business user focused documentation.

• Supporting research and development by using specialist research methods. This may include the management of discrete projects.
• The post holder will assist in the provision of customer support, interfacing and maintaining business and Supplier relationships.
• Ensure that developments / products adhere to the policies and procedures of the Informatics Department, Digital Services, and of the Trust.
