Job Description:
Basic Qualifications:
- Active Top-Secret security clearance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an SCI.
- Must undergo a CI POLY.
- Years of Experience: 7 - 10 years
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within related field.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited too:
- Provide positive, well-communicated response and closure of all customer inquiries.
- Direct all incoming documentation to the appropriate person or database within 2 business days of receipt.
- Deliver priority messages based on urgency.
- Capture details of all actions in shared log or within the appropriate PeopleSoft security modules.
- Return all phone messages within one business day of receipt.
- Coordinate customer support activities across all Personnel Security Branches as customer inquiries are received to deliver the applicable answers.
- Create and deliver reports and applicable procedure updates on or before the suspense date and with 100 percent accuracy when requested by Division Chief.

Salary Range:
$70,500.00 - $123,400.00
