We are now looking for a Senior ASIC Design Engineer for Memory Controllers.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the micro-architecture and design including RTL design, synthesis, functional verification and timing analysis using groundbreaking CAD tools and using the latest process technologies.
BS or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineer or related degree required, advanced degrees (MS, PhD) a plus.
5+ years of meaningful industry experience and a background in high speed DRAM and/or processor design (ie Graphics, Microprocessors, Network Processors, or Mobile / Multimedia SOCs).
Knowledge of HBM, GDDR6, GDDR5, LPDDR4, LPDDR5, or DDR4/DDR3 or related protocols.
You have experience with all stages in the ASIC design flow including emulation, prototyping, DFT, timing analysis, floor planning, ECO, bringup & lab debug, and ATE test development.
Strong working knowledge of Verilog or VHDL.
Experience with high speed clocking, cache interfaces and protocols.
Familiarity with board and system level issues.
Programming skills in C and/or PERL.
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills are required. A history of mentoring junior engineers and interns a huge plus.

• Effectuer des visites dans les installations des clients;

THE OPPORTUNITY
Under the supervision of the CFS Treasurer, the Credit Officer is responsible for the application of the credit policies and collection procedures established to minimize the past due and delinquency percentages of accounts receivable for the portfolio of accounts assigned. The Credit Officer assists management in identifying problems, trends and recommends alternative courses of action to help ensure the department meets overall goals by utilizing his/her experience and education in analyzing and resolving various problems in the day-to-day application of established credit policies. Problems encountered are seldom complex; however, there are some whereby research and judgment must be used in arriving at a solution. In addition, the Credit Officer establishes close relationship with customers with visits and more intense negotiations to better control the consolidation of accounts becoming major clients. Establish synergy with Customer Service, Key Account Managers and Commercial Divisions to respond faster to customers’ requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Credit and Collection
• Open new accounts and undertake risk assessment analysis as required;
• Assign credit limits to his/her accounts;
• Preliminary analysis of customer’s financial statements;
• Daily review of credit limit override report with comments;
• Re-evaluate credit limits as required;
• Review computerized collection letters prior to their mailing;
• Maintain the DSO of his/her own accounts according to plan;
• Manage the collections of his/her accounts;
• Dispute resolution through mediation, including reconciliation and review with sales management (Key Account Managers);
• Reconciliation of key customer accounts under his/her responsibility;
• Conduct on-site customer visits;
• Correspond by phone or letters with customers, sales force and other departments on queries and credit problems;
• Review and release orders on hold;
• Assist the Manager of Credit in advising and recommending changes to policy and procedure.
• Ensure procedures and policies are in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley;
• Maintain networking connections to be aware of changes in the industry that can affect customer risk.
Finance
• Prepare month-end closing entries;
• Prepare month-end reconciliations;
• Prepare month-end reporting.
Other
• Respond to queries from Internal and/or External auditors;
• Support CFS Treasurer in preparation of DSO plan.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting or Commerce;
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience;
• Must be bilingual, English and French;
• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• SAP knowledge (an asset);
• Basic understanding of general accounting; monthly journal entries and must be able to set credit limits within acceptable risk parameters through the analysis of customer financial statements and personal credit bureaus.
