Job Responsibilities:
• Manage business development and Partnerships with partners and vendors.
• Develop the overall vision, strategy, and execution plan for partnerships to drive incremental growth.
• Manage the entire life cycle of focused go-to-market partners – Develop, Enable, Strategize, Engage, Enactment and Governance.
• Drive partner’s management ensuring reporting and partner-led pipeline management, tracking against Sales and Customer Success metrics.
• Strong ability to partner with vendors and customer to create win-win opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing & potential partners through regular engagement, sharing information on market, product & company developments which build trust, mutual respect & bring in transparency
• Problem Solver, share new ideas and approaches, hypothesis driven and end-product focused.
• Generate new sales and leads to drive revenue growth for the company
• Responsible for seeking new business opportunities through prospecting, qualifying leads, pitching and closing sales
• Develop and customise business proposals and conduct presentations to customers
• Manage strong client relationship through all phases of sales cycle and securing renewal of existing contracts
• To ensure delivery of services is in accordance to the contract
• Monitor and track sales performances, pipeline activities, revenue forecasts
• Prepare sales quotations and tenders
• Achieve or exceed sales target & meet key performance metrics
• Supports the development and implementation of annual marketing plan, sales strategies and objectives
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Business/ Human Resource / Project Management related discipline
• At least 5 years of sales / business development related work experience in a managerial position
• Ability to think strategically, work independently, resourceful and have excellent time management.
• Good negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proven track records in sales and abilities to secure major business accounts
• Strong knowledge in business development, sales, partnership and marketing required
