This position is located in the U.S. Naval Medical Research Center-Asia (NMRC-A), Financial Management (FM) Department in Singapore. The FM Department is responsible for financial management support to include budget, accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, payroll, and travel. This position supports the NMRC-A FM Department through performing financial management related work such as financial analysis, accounting, payroll, processing travel authorizations and vouchers.

This position performs financial and accounting maintenance and financial and accounting support work requiring access and use of financial and accounting systems, familiarity with financial and accounting policies and procedures to examine, verify and reconcile accounts, and to prepare and analyze reports. • Provide analytical support to business initiatives
• Any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
• At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience as a Financial Reporting & Analyst
• Strong finance analytical and data gathering skills
• Highly familiar in Microsoft Office applications, ie Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in Hyperion software is preferred
• Capability of multi-tasking and prioritizing projects/tasks
• Good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analysis of investment deals in both public & private market
• Processing and placing of trade orders, stocks & shares
• Other duties whenever assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Admin or in Engineering
• 2 years knowledge in Fintech industry
• Able to start work immediately
