We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account cum Admin Executive to join our team. This role requires a blend of financial acumen, administrative skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.
• Oversee office administrative tasks, including managing schedules, correspondence, and supplies.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
• Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding, record-keeping.
• Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
• Handle general office duties and provide support to team members as needed.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.

Qualifications :

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5 or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (3 years++) in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is a plus.

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct fraud analyst using database
• Create and monitoring anti fraud rules and trigger
• Create dashboard monitoring for anti fraaud and risk supplier
• Review performance team anti fraud

1. Manage the financial accounting, reporting (management and statutory reports), month end closing process, reconciliation and consolidation
2. Manage daily accounting activities to ensure compliance, accuracy and completeness of accounting records and transactions and reports in the company
3. Understand local regulations in accounting and taxation.
4. Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual report to internal and external reporting
5. Manage external auditors and statutory reporting requirements
6. Provide variable contribution analysis, cost vs benefit, forecasting, budgeting
7. Participate in discussion about activities and project with the business partners and to ensure all finance aspects have been properly incorporated and assessed
8. Giving insight prior management decision making related to data in finance and others
9. Propose and review improvements in accounting, business processes and procedures

• Supervision lead for practical implementation & solution in project activity within the area of utility & production to ensure the project deliver standard quality and specification as agreed.
• Budget Control
• Evaluate to propose budget of exceptional maintenance cost is needed to maintain/restore reliable performance of plant equipment & infrastructure
• Compliance Management
• Support risk assessment to related field and topic are needed to ensure fulfilling of the requirement and global/corporate standard

1. Make financial planning, cash flow planning and company profit and loss
2. Create and implement budgets, such as planning receipts and allocating cost budgets efficiently and maximizing the funds owned by the company.
3. Carry out financial control, such as evaluating and improving the company's finances and financial system
4. Conduct financial audits such as conducting internal audits based on company finances
5. Making financial reports such as providing information reports regarding the company's financial condition as well as ratio analysis of financial statements.
