The incumbent is a key member of the Food & Beverage Marketing to drive and execute the Food and Beverage (F&B) Marketing Strategy for designated properties/business entities.
The position will report to the Cluster Director of MARCOM.  Key responsibilities will include engaging a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute all related F&B marketing initiatives that will ultimately drive F&B revenue. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time. This position will work closely with other departments within the Cluster (e.g., F&B Operations, F&B Sales, F&B Digital Marketing, F&B Social Media, MARCOM & PR, etc.) and with senior leadership.
