Responsible for B2B integration system, including EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), API (Application Programming Interface), and other integration methods to enable seamless data exchange between the organization and 3rd party vendor (OSAT)

• Analysing, designing, and optimizing B2B systems to satisfy the needs of the business requirements according to specifications and business processes.

Job Purpose:  

As Senior Financial Analyst, reporting directly to Finance Director, you will be responsible for providing FP&A support and business partnership. You will be experiencing in dynamic interaction and collaboration with key stakeholders located in different countries across the globe.

Responsibilities:

Business Partnership

As a QA Analyst on our team, your responsibilities would involve participating in and understand the creative briefings, creating test cases, ensuring all content is accurate, and be a key member in all projects that flow through our department. You will help ensure that all work meets the expectations of the client ask, and performs as expected, as well as helping interpret client feedback. A strong understanding of front-end development best practices and an eye for creative detail are key. Our main area of focus is the creative and development production of digital display ads, email, and microsites.  

Expectations of a QA Analyst – Digital 

• Strong knowledge of front-end development languages and concepts.  
• A passion and sense of urgency to figure things out and get things done.  
• Understanding of CRM implementations.  
• Document QA best practices and other quality assurance activities.  
• Strong problem-solving skills.  
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.  
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases  
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs  
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved  
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.  
• QA Certified in DoubleClick Academy for Ads is highly recommended.  
• Work independently in a structured team without close supervision.  
• You understand cross-client, cross-platform, and cross-device compatibility.  
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).  
• Strong ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.  
• Coach creative, development, and team members from other disciplines to understand the QA workflow.

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Data Analyst to join our team based out of our offices in various locations. Your responsibilities to provide system support, perform test activities, data migration, etc.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Data entry, data compilation, data cleansing for migration project
• Intermediate excel skills (Pivot, Vlookup, etc)
• Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science background
• Assist in ad-hoc functions, assignments, and related duties as and when required
• Able to complete task based on the dateline given
• Able to work on weekend to support project

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Mathematics / Business Administration or any related field
• At least 1 – 2 years working experience in numerical analysis environment/ Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
• Team player, proactive, initiative and has sense of urgency
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (Mandarin and Cantonese would be an advantage)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel and Power Point and numerical analysis skills would be added advantage.
• Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status
