Position Purpose 

The Senior Business Support Executive plays a pivotal role in strengthening our support functions to better assist our Sales, Client Management, and Marketing teams. This position is responsible for providing strategic support, managing administrative tasks, and optimizing processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Major Tasks & Responsibilities : 

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales, Client Management, and Marketing teams, including A&P claims management, A&P recovery arrangements, and correspondence.
• Monitor accounts receivable (AR) collections and follow up with clients to ensure
  timely payment.
• Resolve customer payment issues and discrepancies in a prompt and professional manner.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Manage documentation, files, and records to ensure accessibility and organization.
• Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve
  business support processes.
• Assist in project management activities, including tracking progress, monitoring
  deadlines, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address support needs and optimize
  workflows.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support services.
• Mentor and guide junior support staff to ensure a high level of performance and
  productivity.

Work Relations 

The Senior Business Support Executive will work closely with the following teams and individuals :

• Sales, Client Management, and Marketing teams to understand support needs and provide assistance.
• The Management to align support initiatives with overall organizational goals.
• Cross-functional teams to collaborate on projects and initiatives.
• External stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to facilitate
  communication and coordination.

Qualifications : 

• Bachelor & degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, or
  equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build
  relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Experience in project management and process optimization is desirable.

Candidate Profile
This position will suit an individual with a minimum of three years of freight operational experience with sound knowledge of EDI Enterprise. 
This role has extensive clients liaison so the candidate's ability to network with ease are traits that are essential for this exciting role. In this respect, we are looking for some one who can fit into this critical role with the following traits:
*Malaysian female in age group 30-40;
*Matured, bright, lively and personable disposition.
*Possess minimum a Diploma or degree qualification in Business Administration or Logistics Management.

NIQ is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator with experience in Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Suite. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to take decisive action. 

Responsibilities: 

• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics to support the sales team by accurately maintaining existing client and new prospect data, managing sales pipelines, and generating reports. 
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate entry of client orders, including pricing, product details, and delivery schedules. 
• Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring all documents are accurate, professional, and meet company standards. 
• Monitor and track sales activities, such as customer interactions, leads, opportunities, and follow-up actions, using Microsoft Dynamics to ensure timely and effective customer engagement. 
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts and performance reports, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, resolve customer inquiries, and optimize the overall sales process. 
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate and relevant information to clients and the sales team. 
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales support processes and systems, making recommendations for enhancements and implementing approved changes. 
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. 
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain positive customer relationships, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
