What you'll do:
As a Business Analyst (Trade Finance/Supply Chain), you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client's operations. You will ensure that the business objectives of new requirements are well defined and aligned with IT architecture and security standards. Your responsibilities will include designing functional solutions, developing testing scopes, supporting users in executing UATs, proposing strategic solutions for new client requirements, and suggesting solutions for production defects. Your ability to effectively communicate with multiple teams across different cultures and countries will be instrumental to your success.
- Establish the business/operational objectives for new business requirements
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis
- Ensure alignment of business requirements with IT architecture and security standards
- Design functional solutions & user workflows, documenting Functional Specifications
- Develop SIT/UAT/NRT scope and approach, guiding Testing team in formulating test scenarios/cases
- Support users in planning/executing UAT, analysing defects, defining defects priority for fix delivery by development team
- Propose tactical/strategic solutions for new client requirements
- Perform functional analysis for production defects and propose solutions
What you bring:

You possess solid functional experience in supply chain/trade finance/electronic invoicing applications. Your capability to work independently is complemented by your familiarity with standard formats such as XML, SWIFT, EDIFACT, ISO20022, and data transformations. You have experience in designing functional solutions for large web applications and micro services. Your understanding of key security subjects and user authentication solutions will be vital in this role.
- Robust functional & business analysis skills
